Straight answers
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome and most tire work, oil changes and flat repairs are handled same day. If you need an alignment or brake work and you are on a schedule, call ahead at (601) 939-6512 and we will hold a bay for you.
Can you repair my flat instead of selling me a tire?
Usually, yes. If the puncture is in the tread area, is smaller than a quarter inch and the tire has not been run flat, we dismount it and repair it from the inside with a patch and plug. If it is in the sidewall or the shoulder, it is not safe to repair and we will show you why.
How long does an alignment take?
About an hour for most cars and light trucks. That includes putting it on the rack, measuring all four wheels, adjusting to factory spec and printing your before and after numbers. Trucks with worn suspension parts can take longer, and we will call you before we go past the quote.
Do you handle fleet vehicles and monthly billing?
Yes. We keep tire and service records by unit number, send itemized invoices and can set up monthly billing for approved accounts. Call the shop and ask for fleet service.
Is financing available on tires and repairs?
Yes, through the Goodyear Credit Card and Acima Finance, subject to credit approval. We can run the application here at the counter in a few minutes and tell you what you are approved for before you commit to any work.
