What we do for fleets
Commercial and load-rated tires. This is where most fleets lose money without knowing it. A half-ton or three-quarter-ton truck carrying tools, materials or a trailer needs a tire with the correct load index and ply rating. Fitting a passenger-rated tire because it was cheaper on the shelf leads to sidewall failures under load, and those failures happen on the highway with the truck loaded. Scheduled preventive maintenance. Oil, filters, rotations, alignments, brake inspections and fluid service on an interval that matches how your vehicles actually work, not a generic sticker. A truck doing eight hours of stop-and-go around Jackson every day is on a different schedule than one running highway miles to the coast.
Alignment programs. Alignment is the highest-return maintenance item in a fleet. Trucks that run alignment out of spec eat tires, and tires are one of the largest controllable line items you have. Catching it on schedule pays for the program.
General repair. Brakes, batteries, A/C and heating, belts and hoses, cooling systems, suspension and steering, diagnostics. One shop, one service history, one phone number.
Why one shop beats four vendors
Fleets tend to spread work around: tires at one place, oil at a quick lube, brakes wherever is closest when something starts grinding. It feels like flexibility. In practice it means nobody has the whole picture.
When we service the entire vehicle, we see the patterns. We know unit 4 has eaten front tires twice in eighteen months, which means it is not the tires, it is an alignment or a worn suspension component nobody chased down. We know unit 7 is due for brakes because we measured them last visit and wrote down the number.
That is the difference between reactive spending and controlled spending, and it is the whole argument for consolidating your fleet work.
Records that survive an audit
Every vehicle we touch gets a documented service history: what was done, when, at what mileage, and what we found and recommended. That record matters more than most owners expect.
It matters for warranty claims, where a manufacturer wants proof of maintenance. It matters for resale, where a documented history is worth real money on a used work truck. And it matters for your own decisions, because the vehicle that keeps showing up in the records is the vehicle to replace, and without records that is a guess.
